Please note our space is limited and the deposit is not refundable if you choose to cancel your party. You may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the two months following your original DOP. Any party canceled with less than 2 days will forfeit their deposit and any payments made. The full payments due when you check in the DOP. There are no refunds on pre-reserved guests counts and “no shows” or additional upgrade items. All other policies and procedures are listed on our party policies. Deposit will be returned when the party pad is cleaned and all guests have left at the appointed time.
